I created this electric guitar as part of a large office redesign for Summit Funding offices in Sacramento, California. The guitar has a hollow metal frame and is 5 feet long. It is made out of masking tape and sealed with resin, and the strings were coated with silver leaf. All of the other color comes from the tape itself. This work hangs in the CEO’s office, and legend has it he sometimes takes it off the wall and plays it to inspire his company.
